Updating my review and stars to reflect excellent care provided by Dr McKenzie.. I was given an appointment sooner and had a really good experience. He took time and listened to my concerns and had a follow up call to discuss my lab results. ............................................................................................................I had a super disappointing experience at this facility today. I had an 10 AM appointment and got there on time. Front desk lady asked me to sign in and a few minutes later she mentioned that I cannot be seen today because they were having plumbing issues and asked me to reschedule it one month later. I understand these issues can occur but they did not bother to call me and let me know before hand. I had to take time off of my work to make this appointment. Also, surprising they were seeing other patients and had some waiting in the lobby but it was me that they could not see today and not even call to let me know. I hate to write reviews like this as this does not reflect care provided by the doctors. I hope this would be taken seriously by the management.

Andrea is an exceptionally knowledgeable provider who took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. Millie was equally caring and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Andrea Torrey, the nurse practitioner, was so kind and knowledgeable. She genuinely listens to any concerns you might have. Andrea did a thorough physical exam and in no way acted rushed during our visit. The office staff, medical assistance, and lab technician were also truly amazing. I highly recommend Palm Primary Care in Mansfield.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Dr. McKenzie. From the moment I entered the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which set a positive tone for my appointment. Dr. McKenzie took the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly, making me feel valued as a patient. He asked thoughtful questions and ensured that I had the opportunity to express all my thoughts and worries without feeling rushed. His communication style was excellent; I left the appointment feeling informed and confident about my health decisions. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10, as I felt respected and cared for throughout the entire visit.

My experience was outstanding! Dr. McKenzie is by far the best primary care doctor around! He is genuine to his patients, he takes the extra minute to meet everyone on a personal level. I would recommend him to anyone looking for sure 100% without a doubt!

I really enjoyed my visit to Palm Primary Care. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and comfortable. I was seen quickly with very little wait time, and the provider took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The entire experience was efficient and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Palm Primary Care to family and friends.

The staff is really good and I love my new doctor and she seemed to care about what I needed. And ordered the medications I was out of that was the first time seeing her and I really like her. Thank you for being professional and caring.I really appreciate you guys i would definitely Linda Govea is incredible.. It was the first time I saw her. Thank you for carrying and being professional. I appreciate you guys staffing everyone. The waiting. room is always clean.
